Bangladesh is a rapidly developing nation, stands to gain the most from the inclusion of women in the business world. It’s not easy being a woman and still be very successful, where the society is particularly male-dominated. Bangladeshi Woman needs to struggle and strive for the change of their fate. They face various obstacles when they want to become a self-employed woman or be economically empowered. Women's economic participation and their ownership and control of productive assets speed up development, help overcome poverty, reduce inequalities, and improve children's nutrition, health. The good news is, these days lots of women have courageously chased their dreams and achieved them. They have become the role model for the women who want to create identity all by themselves.

In our country, 82 percent of married women suffer gender-based violence and pervasive sexual violence prevents women from achieving their full potential.  Despite efforts by the government and non-governmental organizations to reduce the rate of child marriage in Bangladesh, it remains the highest in South Asia. Women’s participation in the workforce remains constrained to limited, low-paying sectors. I and with the resource of Selim Azam International Limited working on this matter since the beginning. As a result, we appointed more than 500 female employee from all around the Bangladesh and give them opportunities to make their future better. And we are strongly committed to hold this manner as long as possible.

Lastly, if you are passionate about your work, success will kiss your feet.
